ROMA PARIOLI - MANFREDI LOFT is a real industrial-style loft that extends over a surface area of 50 m². To emphasize the aesthetics of the Loft, it was decided to create an open space that still guarantees privacy with a visual filter for the sleeping area that is located in a raised area behind the living room. The sleeping area has a large and comfortable double bed with a chest of drawers, a useful additional container together with two open hangers and a chest of drawers.
For the bathroom, equipped with a window, the focus was on the comfort of the bathtub with a shower inside with a large shower head and a convenient folding glass box that protects against splashes. In the living room there is a sofa/bed that can open up and become an emergency bed for an occasional guest, a small armchair and a 6-seater table for dinners with friends.
Modern antiques were chosen to decorate the space: an original filing cabinet from the 30s, a 70s floor lamp in space age design style, which goes well with the armchair of the same style and the Vitra style chairs. But the real characterization is given by the large wall decorations on panels, the work of a set designer who with her art has contributed to making the space unique.
