The bed and 2 beds in the living room are comfortable and the linens are impeccable. All the basic equipment is present in the kitchen, to prepare simple meals. The proximity to the covered market makes shopping easy. The accommodation is spacious, even in 4, everyone can find their own quiet space/time. It is also well furnished. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the center, mostly doable and pleasant.

Mônica's space is very good value for money, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were very welcomed by Pierro, who went to meet us before the scheduled check-in time, making the check-in quick and very peaceful. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from the metro station that connects to the attractions of Rome, super easy to reach. Nearby there are restaurants, cafes, pizzeria and markets. I recommend the space to those who want to spend quiet nights.

The house was fantastic and the place very good. But we preferred it because it seems very bright in the photos, and since the house is on the ground floor, it was stated that it was necessary to close all the shutters every time they go out and when they go to bed. Which made the house very dark. But both the building and the courtyard and the interior of the house were very beautiful. This was not our expectation because we loved a bright house. I want to repeat, the house is very beautiful, immaculate, the location is great, and Monica gives great information.

Monica is very responsive and kind. She manages several apartments including this one. That is to say, I booked in the morning to arrive 4 hours later. The booking was accepted and then she let me know that the apartment was actually not available because the works had just been completed and they had not yet completely tidied and washed the apartment, the next booking is for the following week. She offered me another accommodation of the same owner that was 50 m away, for the night time to prepare for the next day the apartment I had booked. But having found the new apartment even nicer and right in front of the sea. I stayed in this one even if it was smaller, because he was traveling alone. She refunded me the difference of what I had paid. I visited the apartment in this ad anyway and it is exactly as described. With a terrace overlooking the sea. Everything is newly done. Go there! I will return!

The apartment is well furnished, comfortable and very practical. Everything you need for a short stay is present. We had some startup problems, but Monica responded immediately and everything was solved quickly. There is a bus stop nearby, so you can reach the historic center in 10 minutes. Also nice is the food market with delicious Italian food (closes at 3:00 pm) around the corner. I would book this apartment again if I wanted to return to Rome.

This is a very nice house, located directly on the beach, from the house and the beautiful terrace with direct sea views. There is a garden with deck chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The house is spacious, well furnished, quiet. Good beds. You can take long walks on the beach, Rome is not far away even by train. In the low season a car is recommended. Monica was very friendly and very easy to reach, there were no problems. We had a great time and can highly recommend the house.

Great place for a couple! Great location if you are visiting the Vatican, Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are just a short walk away. Just minutes from the public transportation system to the Colosseum and other Rome attractions. The little cafe next door had delicious ice cream and pastries. The new restaurant (Lume) right in the square next to the apartment was excellent. Monica was a great host, she answered all questions quickly and provided clear and precise directions to everything needed in her home. I felt safe in her home. Monica's description of her home is spot on. Thank you Monica!

Trastevere is a wonderful place to stay. Very lively in the evenings with quaint restaurants. During the day the area has several tourist attractions and easy access to Rome's main attractions. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Monica is a fantastic host. Her professionalism in guiding us through the process of preparing for our visit was matched by her friendliness and support during our stay. She was clearly very excited to hear that we were completely happy with our stay.

This garden apartment is in a lovely area. We loved walking down to Trastavere for our evening meals. And having a local bus stop right around the corner was perfect for exploring the wonders of Rome every day - from there we could reach the Colosseum and St. Peter's Basilica. Be sure to take advantage of the mosquito nets and mosquito nets kindly provided by the hosts if you are there in late summer. Two bathrooms for two bedrooms was a wonderful luxury!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as advertised and Monica was a more than accommodating host. I stayed for 2 nights with my mother for a consultation at the local hospitals and it was perfect and the center of Rome is easily accessible by public transportation. I highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and has a really nice terrace. It also has a washing machine which came in handy as we are on holiday. We had a fantastic stay at Monica's The apartment is ideally located with a short walk into the heart of Trastevere and all the great places to eat and drink in the area. There are good travel links into central Rome and all its attractions. Monica was a great host and kept in constant contact to ensure our stay ran smoothly. Monica's place is very quiet, in a nice location. Very safe and you feel very safe when you are inside. Lots of space, the air conditioning works great which is much needed in the summer in Rome. Clean and simple. The garden doesn't get the sun if you plan on getting a tan. But it's a nice place to relax in the evening. I would recommend this place to everyone. Monica is a great host, very responsive.

Large, clean and tidy. It should be noted that there is no elevator and that the apartment is on the second floor. Otherwise it is very close to the Porziuncola and Assisi is less than ten minutes by car. We had a great time.

Great location while still being accessible to the city's attractions. Monica's communication was excellent. It was a lovely space with a wonderful terrace, which benefited from being shaded most of the time. I would choose to stay there again without any hesitation.

Incredibly good location, ideal for beach holidays and also excursions. Garden with four sun loungers, two umbrellas and garden shower ensures a lot of privacy, even though the beach in front was almost deserted. House with three bedrooms (each double), large living room, glass veranda, simple kitchen, bathroom and toilet are spacious (there were four of us), only the decoration and furnishings are a matter of taste. Excellent bakery and supermarket for the most important things about 200 meters away. Monica is a super host. Communication before and during the stay was very accommodating, clear and friendly, everything very easy. Wonderful holiday!

Monica was always friendly and very helpful. The apartment was exactly as described, the photos do not do the size justice. It was very clean and very comfortable for 4 of us staying there. The check in instructions were very clear with a fantastic online welcome pack with lots of local information. The apartment is very close to the bus/tram into the city. The local Trastevere area is fantastic, full of great restaurants and is lively and vibrant in the evenings. We loved eating out in Trestevere. We would not hesitate to recommend Monica's apartment

The apartment is very well located. It is large, comfortably furnished, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Despite the very hot temperatures, it was always pleasantly cool because the windows have two shutters and there is at least air conditioning in every room. There is a stop for two bus lines within walking distance, one of which also stops at Termini. We had breakfast every morning on the lovely terrace, but with the public. The small shed on the terrace is used by a laundry service. Delivery, sorting and transport are done every day and then there are more people who also have a key for the entrance and the terrace.

The high speed internet is better than I have ever experienced in any Airbnb. It was like a little oasis to come home to. This is definitely the place to stay in Rome. What an absolute gem in the heart of Todi. The place was spacious and clean and the balcony was worth its weight in gold. It had everything we needed. Coffee machine, washing machine, soap, towels, sheets, air conditioning. It was within walking distance of everything in Todi and there was parking right around the corner. Monica was constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. A++!

I had a fantastic 4 night stay at Monica's apartment. It had everything we needed - everything worked as described. Easy check in and Monica was very responsive to any questions. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the quaint Trastevere. (Although walking home uphill always took a bit longer 😉...)

It was a good place to stay for sightseeing. It was a short walk from the Cornelia metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. Monica was always very proactive and helpful. The apartment matched the photos, it is very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. I think the cleanliness was the only not so good point. The bathroom, kitchen and bed were clean, but there was dust in several places, which gave us some allergies. The apartment was not so clean and the kitchen utensils were not washed well. This was communicated to Monica, and she said she would take it up with the cleaning company.

The digital door opener is ideal if you arrive later. The door safe worked great. The accommodation is well equipped and spacious and also has a washing machine. The apartment is super convenient near the metro and easy walking distance to most of the city attractions. There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity and right next to the apartment there is a gelateria with sensational gelato.

The little house is wonderful, in a quiet area a few minutes by bike from the town center. Adorable little terrace overlooking the sea and very comfortable mini private garden. The bathroom is spacious, very comfortable shower. Elisabetta left it very clean for us, scented sheets and towels. Everything was perfect, we will definitely recommend this little house to anyone who should go on vacation to Favignana!

Monica is an excellent host. Always available and with quick responses. We checked in late at night, needed milk. it was provided free of charge. Thank you. The house and bedding were very clean. The master bedroom is spacious. Metro A and bus stop are 2-3 minutes walk away. You can get most things within 500 meters. The induction did not work. The bathroom needs very small repairs. noise from the ambulance siren at night. Overall, good stay.

Monica's place is very nice and had everything we needed for a good stay. We just made our own breakfast and then went out for dinner. Everything was in order. This is our second time in Testaccio and we really like the area. There are some tourists but not overrated, but there are great services for groceries, bars, restaurants

The apartment is located very close to a bus stop and 35 minutes from the Colosseum, it is located in the green and uphill area of Testavere so away from the chaos. Monica manages this accommodation well, is responsive and the apartment has all the needs for a short stay. I highly recommend this apartment and Monica as a host.
