The space
The Villa is a newly built farmhouse for 8 guests near Marsciano, designed by a well-known contemporary architect on the remains of a 17th century Umbrian farmhouse. Inside and outside the authentic features of the time have been respected, but the interior is finished in a beautiful modern and light style. This modern villa is the perfect place to stay and enjoy a beautiful infinity pool and indulge in the typical Umbrian summer.
Guest access
The Villa and the pool are for the exclusive use of guests.
The pool can be heated in winter with an extra €50 per day.

The villa is rented with the basic equipment of sheets, blankets, towels, cleaning equipment and detergents.
